  1. Make sure that all your fonts are outlined or included in the file.
  2. All Illustrator files must be save as Illustrator 10 or earlier.
  3. The following file types are excepted – AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIF, GIF
  4. Resolution of files must be minimum 300 dpi.
